This policy describes how Risework Platforms LLC ("Risework", "we", "us") collects and uses information on this website. Last updated: September 4, 2026.
What we collect
We collect what you type into our forms: your name, your email address, your phone number where a form asks for it, and your answers to application questions. When you book a call, we collect the time you picked. Like any web server, we also record technical basics such as your IP address and browser type in our logs.
How consent works here
We do not use consent checkboxes. Submitting a form is how you agree to what that form plainly discloses next to its button. Where a form collects your phone number, the disclosure beneath it states that you agree to be contacted by email and by text message about your request, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Where a form states that you will also receive our weekly newsletter, every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
How we use your information
- To deliver what you asked for: access to the video, your application, a booked call, and reminders about it.
- To contact you about your request, by email and, where you provided a phone number, by text message.
- To send you the weekly newsletter where the form disclosed that.
- To operate and protect the site itself.
Cookies and stored data
We use a small number of first-party mechanisms, all in service of the forms themselves: a cookie that remembers you already left your contact details (so the video page opens for you, kept for up to 30 days), a token that lets you resume a half-finished application, and your video playback position, stored in your own browser. Links we send you may carry a token that manages your booking.
Advertising measurement
When a page of this site is part of an advertising campaign, it loads the Meta Pixel, a script from Meta Platforms. The pixel sets Meta's own cookies in your browser and tells Meta which of our pages you viewed and which steps you completed: watching the video, applying, booking a call. Meta uses this to show us whether its ads led to those steps and to decide who else sees them. We also report the same steps to Meta from our servers. For those reports we send your IP address, your browser type, Meta's cookie identifiers, and, once you have given them to us, your email address and phone number as one-way hashes rather than in plain text. Pages we are not advertising, and every preview of a page, carry no pixel. How Meta handles this data is described in Meta's own privacy policy, and you can limit it through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings or by blocking the pixel in your browser. Beyond this, we use no third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell your personal information. Meta receives the advertising measurement described above and nothing more. The service providers that run our infrastructure process your information on our behalf: Amazon Web Services delivers our email and stores our files, and our hosting providers run our servers. When you book a call, a Google Calendar invitation is created for it, which means Google receives your email address and the meeting details, and the call itself takes place on Google Meet.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep your information for as long as we have an active relationship or a legitimate business need, and no longer. Write to us at privacy@risework.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
